How We Handle Your Documents
Step 1
- Proofread your original document.
- Upload your document to TransLangua.
Step 2
- The submitted document is scrubbed for grammatical mistakes and clarity.
- The document is assigned a control number and lead translator.
Step 3
- Lead translator selects a team member based on the subject matter of the submitted document.
- Subject expert and lead translator begins and completes the translation.
Step 4
- Upon completion of the translation, the document goes through quality control. Quality control is done by the master translator. The master translator is checking for content, grammar, cultural sensitivity and accuracy.
- If the master translator has any questions the master translator will consult with the document team or the client for clarification.
Step 5
- Once the master translator approves, the document is shipped to you per your instructions
Step 6
- If you, the client, has any questions about the final document, then you can call or email the team leader.
- The document can be revised to mirror the original document up to three times within seven (7) calendar days of receipt at no extra charge.
